I will give you the system of exercises, which will make the flexibility of the whole body and joint mobility better, remove spasms from muscles where it’s necessary, and strengthen them.

Equipment for sessions?
No need to buy expensive specific equipment. For home sessions with me we will use items that are around us:
  • yoga mat or blanket;
  • yoga blocks or, instead, books/boxes;
  • yoga belt or any other belt;
  • pillows, towel instead of knee pads
Contradictions for sessions
Pregnant women; any inflammatory processes; recent surgical operations (less than one month ago); chronic diseases in a state of relapse.
In these cases, it is necessary to receive a doctor’s consultation.
How sessions are going on?
All sessions are provided by me.
Duration of each session-45 minutes.
Private sessions were available in online or offline options.
For the online sessions we use, comfortable for both sides, video app.

After the payment, you will receive access to the website with the video course.
Unlimited period of usage.
